Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Stackr app or website ("Stackr"), you agree to these terms. Stackr is provided by Stackr Holdings LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we", "us"). Stackr is provided as-is for personal use. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Stackr is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device. Nothing in the app — including default schedules, half-life estimates, or Library content — is medical advice. Always consult a licensed clinician before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol. You assume all responsibility for what you put into your body.

Stackr+ subscriptions are billed through Apple. Subscriptions auto- renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. Don't abuse the sync infrastructure or attempt to access other users' data. Don't use Stackr to coordinate anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes we will surface them in-app before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
